Sportsmanship

I wanted to live life simple not joining any teams. any contests and not being popular. I just wanted to live silently it caused more happiness to me.

February 14-18 the days where the 26th Founding Anniversary of Taytay United Methodist Christian School (TUMCS) was celebrated. This is my last and most memorable foundation week as a student of TUMCS. I learned a lot at this week it makes my relationship in my fellow schoolmates closer.

It starts with the torch lighting and torch run ceremony to promote sportsmanship. After the ceremony we had an parade then the Mr. and Ms. Intramurals. The next is the crucial moments, the field demonstration, it has three divisions the cheer dance, the modern dance and the ballroom dance where I belong. The juniors stunned the audience and even the judges in there presentation. They won the 1st place in cheering and ballroom competition and still seniors won the modern dance competition.

The next three days is the most awaited event the "sportsfest". There were issues of cheating and dirty playing but still we seniors played fair, never give up, give our best for God's glory. Even though I hate stretching bones and sweating I played in IV-Solomon's basketball team to gain more experience and to develop a good relationship with my fellow students. Although we did'nt got the title "champions" in both basketball and volleyball for our last year in TUMCS we still did'nt look at it as failure but we look at it as an memories full of joy and an memory we will remember as time goes on.
